As the sun dipped beyond the horizon, the ancient temple stood regally on the open plain, its towering stone structure a testament to a forgotten age. The majestic columns, adorned with intricate carvings of mythical creatures and forgotten gods, seemed to glow under the bright moonlight that blanketed the area. The full moon hung in the sky like a luminous pearl, casting silvery beams that danced upon the temple’s grand façade, accentuating the artistry of each chiseled detail. Around the building, a light mist began to rise, weaving a soft veil that gently caressed the cool stone, imparting an ethereal quality to the sacred site.
Beyond the temple, the open plain stretched out like a vast canvas, painted with shades of grey and silver in the night. The grass, damp with dew, whispered softly in the breeze, creating a serene symphony that harmonised beautifully with the soft gurgle of the nearby stream. The water glimmered like shattered glass beneath the moon's gaze, winding its way through the landscape and reflecting the divine light above. To the side of the temple, a large forest loomed, its dark silhouette contrasting sharply against the illuminated scene. It was said that the forest held mysteries of its own, shadows of those who had once worshipped within the temple's sacred walls.
