Distance: A building in between both teams.
Restrictions: Sense Naruto and Jiraiya share the same summons Jiraya is allowed
to summon Ma, Pa and Gamabunta. Naruto can summon the other toads.
Orochimaru cannot use Edo Tensei.
Minset: In character, in-tend to kill

Team 1 shouldn't have Kakashi. Without him it would be a sannin vs their protege battle.

Anyway, I think the students win this. sakura sucks, but BM Naruto tbbs the sannins heads off and whoever survives gets a chidori blade or amaterasu or susano arrow to the face.

I think you are understimating the sannins..
I though Sakura would be pretty useles thats why I put Kakashi in.
I didnt fully think this trough I think..
maybe I should give Orochimaru his edos..

sakura has poison. one breath of that sleep poison and jiraiya's down for good. one scratch of the kunai and he is (delayed) down for good. narutos speed + sakura's hax = deadly.
oro can be bijuudama'd and tsunade cant heal from FRS by her own admission.
