According to Kishimoto, yes they are equal, powerwise... However, Naruto>Sasuke when it comes to feats U_U

It depends on what you consider feats. Most people only consider the positive things feats. However if you look at the goals Sasuke has had to accomplish, even if they are negative. I'd say they're equals. It's just that Sasuke's feats are mostly negative ones, while Naruto's are all positive.
