1.5. K11 was naming naruto as 7 hokage instead of calling his name. It was Looking like they are not even remember him as his old friend.

that was kishi setting us up for a surprise, I mean it wasn't a surprise for us because we saw it in the spoilers, but for those who didn't know. I don't think you fully understand how the story was written.

if you could write a better ending I would like to hear your idea of how you thought it should have ended, instead of complaining. why do you care so much what the kids look like? they look cute and adorable, they might look better older. I mean look at konohamaru LMAO he came a long way.

why would kishi show naruto going to jiraiya grave? haven't kishi showed him grieving his death many times.

Naruto didn't even remember jiraiya,minato when he brougt back sasuke or became a hokage

The only thing I'm upset about is Choji x Karai (like seriously? They better explain that in part 3) and Orochimaru/Kabuto slithering off somewhere.

Oh, and why Anko is fat and what happened to Yamaoto? (did he ever stop being Anbu?)

Exactly! Also, Kishimoto should at the very least provide an alternate ending where Naruto ends up with Sakura and Sasuke ends up with Karin along with other logical pairings that actually make sense. And in the alt. ending, Kishi should have a ceremony of Naruto becoming Hokage and at least one final reference to Jiraiya or something relating to that guy. That along with what happens to Orochimaru and many others chapters 699 and 700 didn't address!

If you believe that then you're an idiot. That would be Kishi saying: "Hey, you know that ending I've been working and building towards for 15 years? Yeah, here's something different". I was not a fan of SaSaku or NaruHina but after seeing a long time jump like this it's hard to say that it is incorrect or doesn't make sense. To us, the fans, it was mere seconds in between Ch. 699 and 700, but to the characters it was around 10 years. Think back 10 years ago from right now, were you the same person as you are now? Do you have a crush on the same person? Same beliefs? Same interests? I didn't think so.

First off! I am not an idiot for believing what I said.

Second, Kishi could easily provide an alternate ending by picking up where 698 left off, only not have it super rushed (699) and full of asspulls (700). Have some more dialogue in it, give Kurama some dialogue at least and Orochimaru along all of the other characters some moments of their own rather than simple cameos.

Have more than just one page of Neji's funeral along with more references to Jiraiya, Minato, Kushina and Obito rather than no references at all like what we got.

Show ceremonies for Kakashi and Naruto becoming the sixth and seventh hokages. Have Naruto end up marrying and having children with Sakura instead of Hinata. Have Sasuke ends up marrying and having children with Karin instead of Sakura.

Have Ino end up marrying and having children with Choji or anyone else instead of Sai, Keep Shikamaru and Temari shown married and have a kid as already shown. Have Mei Terumi (Fifth Mizukage) get married rather than remain single.

Have the kids of the alternate ending pairings shown. Sasuke and Karin's child or children both being shown with the Rinnegan (or not). Naruto and Sakura's children having blond hair and green eyes and whiskers like Naruto at least one out of the two having a big forehead like Sakura.

Killer B being shown as the Raikage instead of Darui.

Finally, show bit of the Gokage summit!


There! That right there would definitely be a better and proper alternate ending.

And if it's true that in Spring 2015, they are making side stories of Naruto and stuff similar to what Akira Toriyama is doing with DBZ by making movies and writing stories that took place after the Buu Saga, but before the ending chapter of DBZ. Then an alternate ending could easily happen, especially since from the sources I have read, Kishimoto will not be the author of anything related to Naruto coming Spring 2015. So the new author could provide an alternate ending like the one that I just posted. Thus throwing chapters 699 and 700 out the window! Which would be epic!

I'm not forcing anything, I am suggesting it to anyone who hasn't read past 698. For me, I said I as in me personally wouldn't bother reading past chapter 691. So there you have that. How you got the notion of me forcing my opinion down people's throats is beyond me.

Anybody who thinks Sasuke should have been with Karin is stupid as ****. Why would Sasuke care about a side ***** who has been nothing more than a groupie the whole series over someone who has unconditionally loved him, saved his life by bringing that ***** back from a different dimension, and done more for him than any other woman in the manga? There is nothing logical about that choice and there is nothing logical about Naruto and Sakura being together either. All Sakura was to Naruto was a childhood crush and that's it. There pairing was well over after he rejected her in the snow after the kage summit. Just like Sakura has unconditionally loved Sasuke since the beginning, Hinata has done the same for Naruto and she was rewarded properly with that SM diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick

Wow! You really have no logic at all do you! Naruto had gone far out of his way for Sakura wheareas Sasuke tried to kill Sakura multiple times and Hinata only went out of her way for Naruto twice! Once if you count Neji taking the credit for the second time! Naruto and Sakura had much more interaction and Sakura should have gotten over Sasuke after the Five Kage summit, Hunata should have gotten over Naruto as well. The most logical pairings would have been NaruSaku and SasuKarin because at least Sasuke had more interaction with Karin than he did with Sakura.

Chapters 699 and 700 were just pure fan service! I hope there will be a an alternate ending to the manga sometime in the future. There are already going to be a bunch of spin-offs in Spring 2015 with the New Era Project, so I don't see why an alternate ending couldn't be among them.

And to those who say keep dreaming or fanfiction or anything along the lines of those! **** YOU AND DON'T BOTHER REPLYING!!!! There have been a lot of other franchises that provide alternate endings to appeal to the other third or half of their fanbase, so by all means I hope there is one for Naruto!

Otherwise, go ahead and read Naruto GT, I mean Part 3. Because it will be worse than Dragon Ball GT by a country mile!
