That's it guys. Madara gave his left eye to Obito before he's final death. And the rest you know it- told him to create Akatski with Nagato, so we can finally say this twist between Madara-Nagato-Obito is explained (or about to in their further conversation).

No he didn't. Re-read the chapter. Madara told Obito that he gave his eyes away already. That was literally the first time they spoke.
Madara had to have given Nagato his eyes before he had ever met Obito.

Maybe. Remember Obito had a ton of sharingans in his lab. It could have been any random uchiha's eye that he used. Though it's possible Madara gave him the eye he had from a random uchiha before he died.
