For Hokage

I agree, Kakashi would be a better Hokage than even Tsunade. His rational thinking and logical resolves have shown much more accomplishments than Tsunade's erroneous outcomes in both combat and financial/economical leading.

Sasuke has logical decisions and both rational, however his decree is far from mutual good, which is usually important. He would lose the hope to save one even if he could, and centralize his determination in his own benefits. That could be called selfishness.

Naruto is an irrational young boy and has absolutely ludicrous reasonings, but achieves in gaining the trust among others. Though it's important to have the ability to lead a group with proper reasonings which Naruto has no experience in, lighting the hope of fire is pretty useful too.

But I would choose Kakashi overall. The experience and intelligence outclasses both, though the strength may not.​

& I agree on Kakashi , he would be better than Tsnade , I like her & all , but she got to be hokage because of J- man, she wasn't even suited for the Job .

Well considering Jiraiya himself admitted Tsunade would be a better Hokage, your argument is invalid.
