I feel as if current Madara is better than Oro plus kages. And why do you think Tobirama > Itachi? I feel as if Tobirama=Itachi seeing how Tobirama was rivals and defeated Izuna, but thats just my opinion though.

I put Minato over Tobirama mainly because of FTG v2 and Rasengan. Tobirama should've been = to Itachi. I completly forgot about Killer B Haha

I put Minato over Tobirama mainly because of FTG v2 and Rasengan. Tobirama should've been = to Itachi. I completly forgot about Killer B Haha

Minato and Tobirama are equals in my opinion. Tobirama was portrayed to be equal to Minato in KCM after all. FTG V2 is no big deal. Applying the seal to a kage bunshin suffices.

2) Orochimaru (Said to have Sage Mode, Edo Tensei "Most of the ones Kabuto had plus all 4 past Hokage" False Immortality)
3) Kabuto Yakushi (Sage Mode, Sound 5 Abilities, Edo Tensei "Which includes the current Madara)
4) Madara Uchiha (EMS, Rinnegan + 1st Hokage abilities which include Wood Style and Sage Mode)
5) 3rd Hokage (Said to be the strongest Hokage and strongest of the Kage in his era)
6) 1st Hokage / Nagato Uzumaki (You all know why..)
7) Naruto Uzumaki / Sasuke Uchiha (Both are equal in power when placed at there primes)

Well For Tobirama being above Minato, It's because I think Tobirama is more intelligent in battle, also because of his water jutsu and Kinjutsu.. I Minato only has summons, Rasangan and FTG but overall technique wise I think Tobirama would win in a fight, plus he has Edo Tensei and developed jutsu even for his Edo tensei pawns to use.. Even if we haven't seen him use his Edo we know he has some up his sleeve.

As for the 3rd Hokage, It's simular to how Tobirama beats Minato. We haven't seen much from him, but was is said about him makes be place him high on the list.. The fact that he is said to be the strongest Hokage in his prime isn't something to be overlooked.. This was stated in the Manga and by Kishi himself in interviews. The stronger Kishi makes the other Hokage (1st, 2nd and 4th) the stronger the 3rd Hokage's prime is.. in theory.

IMO the reason as to why Tobirama seemed more intelligent in battle was because Minato was shocked after finding out that Obito was the masked man, and couldn't focus properly. Tobirama does seem to have more knowledge, and he has a more serious attitude. But how does he deal with FTG v2 + Rasengan??
