Neji gazes upon his opponent,
"Ah, the infamous Whitebeard, seems you are feared by many, just 1 problem...

Neji starts focussing his wind chakra into his right hand and delivers a punch into the direction of whitebeard, as he punches neji releases his wind chakra creating an adaptable whirlwind heading straight towards Whitebeard.

As i see you performing your Wind jutsu, and sending your Hurricane, so in 3 seconds i take my cigar outta my mouth, i ignite a small flame, when you send your hurricane punch, the small flame suddenly starts growing until it's a big wall of fire.

The dry barren landscape Mid/Long range around swiftly picks up speed spiraling inwards towards a focal point. It pulls you and the rocky terrain in leaving a large maelstrom of rocky earth

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Neji notices the earth beneath his feet moving and he quickly jumps up into the while focusing his raiton chakra into his forearm and right hand, he then comes down slamming his hand to the ground and sending the electrical energy into the ground canceling the technique.

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm and they then jump into the air. The user will then land slamming their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

Neji sees you release the shuriken towards him and he notices that it starts to ignite in flames he quicly lifts his hands up and release his raiton chakra, creating a wall of pure lightning that fends off the shuriken.

Description: The user manipulates their chakra and then releases it in front of them whilst holding their hands out and they generate a wall of lightning energy that can defend against certain techniques. The user can use this defence to shock enemy targets who attempt close range combat and deliver a small electrical shock that can temporarily reduce their physical capabilities.

The clone of Neji then runs around the original thats creating the lightning wall and molds chakra in his arm creating a Hound of lightning which the clone manipulates to attack Whitebeard.
