I am not saying that this is literally a plausibility, due to the fact that Naruto and Fairy Tail are two entirely different franchises.
However, there are some interesting coincidences to note:
Natsu has pink hair and specializes in fire abilities. If he were to be placed in the NV, Natsu could easily be explained (to someone who didn't know any better) away as being Sasuke and Sakura's son (having inherited Sakura's hair and the Uchiha clan's penchant for katon techniques). Not all Uchihas awaken sharingan, so Natsu's lack of a sharingan wouldn't even be an issue.
Then, Zeref has black hair, so that could be explained as him inheriting Sasuke's hair. There were even times in the Fairy Tail series where Zeref got serious or mad and his eyes turned red (albeit without the tomoe). Lol, maybe you could call it a 0 tomoe sharingan to someone who didn't know any better. Zeref's other abilities could just be explained as non KKG techniques that he simply studied/invented himself.
These are just some interesting things that I've noted (mainly about the characters' appearances and some of their abilities).
