For bio test

People say i don't need to do bio test for normal characters. Then where do I get it approved?:shrug:

Go to kohona town then click on RPG bio characters. Post your bio there and make sure there is almost no mistakes. Don't post in the bio test area either. You don't need a bio test for the only bios you can make. >.<
