Description: The user will perform the Dog sign and user their chakra to have a ring of water to form around them. The user will than swing their hand forwards above the ring releasing ninja tools made out of water (up to 15 tools per use) . The user can shape the water into shuriken, kunai, senbon, swords, etc. and releases them towards the opponent.

I form the Dog handseal and imbue a nearby aquarium with suiton chakra. Taking control of the water I manipulate it into the shape of a ring spinning around be with a set of fish trapped inside. Then I raise my hands above the ring like I'm about to play a piano and swipe them forward rapidly, creating a small scythe of water and launching it in a spinning manner with each movement. These 15 blades fly fast through the air and trim my hedges perfectly.

Can I move around with the ring around me? And can I attack something above me?
