Just a question.

Do you like the way the movie was released back in the 70's? like... do you like how they released IV, V, then VI. and then went back to I, II, and III?

Or would you of preferred it if they released I, II, III back in the 70's and then did IV, V, VI in the 2000s?

I like how it was released. I don't really have a solid reason but I had no quarrel over it.

There was never meant to be a I,II,III.

George Lucas probably wanted a new yacht, so they created the concepts. I grew up on them and I like them, but to old fans they were really unneeded

I wonder if it was initially even planned to do IV, V then VI, or if Lucas just went with it. Either way it's cool. I might see VII. Might not.

Indeed I like how they did it. I grew up on I, II, III and it was awesome which lead me to watch the rest. I didn't know there was going to be a VII tho!! can anyone link me information on it??

the way it was done was awesome....it`s a lot more interesting if you start watching the movies from episode IV and finish with III....if you started watching with episode I then vader`s revelation of him being luke`s father wouldnt matter that much...plus we would already know how vader fell to the dark side so that takes away all the curiosity about vader as a character

It works better since 4-6 is meant to be the main story, and 1-3 were meant as supplementary prequels. Although the main reasons the prequels had worse writing was due to Lucas having too much control.
