Naruto is extremely weakened from the extraction. But that's nothing tsynade and sakura cannot heal. But yes he will have to rely on his senjutsu and ma n pa gathering sage mode.

That means nothing. Bijuu's have shown their chakra to be split plenty of times. When killer bee was (assumed to be) captured by akatsuki, they only took a portion of his chakra, not the entire thing. The kin and gin brothers have portions of kurama's chakra. Sora had portions of kurama's chakra. Etc. Etc.

That was a personally stored chakra source that naruto kept separate from kurama, so its possible that naruto still has it.

Not at all. Why would I be mad, at least the main villian shows interest in him. Sasuke's only purpose in the manga these days is to show how usely amaterasu is.
