I'd need more than 200$ to get a hand made Spartan armor made from Halo, but within the price range I'd make a god damn good ghillie suit even though it cost no more than 50$ to make one.

It would have to be a high quality cosplay, no cheap stuff. Like genuine leather, etc. If it was a tacky one no. Dressing nice was one of the few things I liked about school.
