Assuming that it does, I have developed a hurried theory for what the scroll may contain. As we know the only way to truly definitely way of defeating an Edo is by sealing that respective Edo. Consequently; I found it rather odd that Suigetsu knows a great deal about Fūinjutsu as of recently

In the midst of this, I began suspecting that the scroll may contain a sealing, resealing, or unsealing technique. As I reread some chapters this theory seemed to bear some fruit when I noticed Orochimaru mentioned another way to revive his arms that were initially sealed by Shiki Fūjin (Death God).

Furthermore; I came to the conclusion that this technique was not

(Living Corpse Reincarnation), but an entirely new one that has yet to be revealed. My conclusion is supported when Suigetsu states Orochimaru cannot use his arms due to the Shiki Fūjin and faintly when Sasuke remands

Additionally; Suigetsu claimed that this power would enable “Taka to rule the Shinobi World.” Orochimaru could conceivably have a method to unseal objects that are in the Stomach of the Death God, as Orochimaru clearly mentioned another way to revive his arms (Orochimaru’s soul/arms in the Death God).

One could make the lament prediction and say that the past Hokages may be possibly revived. The Hokages would enable Taka to rule the Shinobi World, as well as individually provide Sasuke with the answers he seeks.​

I also thought that the seal would be able to take another's persons soul out of the belly of the Death Reaper. Every jutsu has a weakness.

Orochimaru's arms would enable Orochimaru to perform various techniques that he currently cannot, since they are sealed. Orochimaru could potentially revive them, and the unsealing could quite possibly contain properties similar to Edo Tensei's tailsman. Furthermore; to the bold, Hashirama encompasses the majority of the information that would be pivot for Sasuke's answers. Hashirama literally begun the ninja system and he would have information about all things related to that subject: i.e. clans villages etc. Tobirama has information of what made the Uchiha seem truly untrustworthy and why the Uchiha police unit was formed. Hiruzen has information regarding his view of the Uchiha massacre, while Minato holds information of potential outcomes for the Uchiha's, clans, and the villages as a whole.​

I like it. This has been one of my ideas from the beginning, along with a few others. I'm not fully convinced, but it's something. It doesn't fully explain "the ones who know everything" in my opinion however. I feel as though it may instead just provide instructions to summon certain edos who are very knowledgeable, or it may just be a letter of some sort from "the ones who know everything".

This can be substantiated by the way the scroll is written. Not many jutsu are written out that way after all.

Awesome Thread once again but one thing slightly concerns me about the whole idea of it. If i recall correctly i saw Orochimaru uses his arms to manually deactiave Kabuto's Sage Mode meaning he can perform the unsealing techniques himself as well as the use of Edo.

Suigetsu claimed "We hawks can rule the world"

However what is preventing Orochimaru from unsealing and re-summoning the deceased Hokage with the use of Edo Tensei and then turning on Taka at the moment. Isn't this only a benefit to Orochimaru as Sasuke claimed himself "there are some things only Orochimaru can do".

Does Sasuke know that Orochimaru will betray them but he has no care for it as he only seeks the answers ? If that is true, doesn't he realize that Orochimaru's first act following the revival of the Hokage would be stealing his body (Orochimaru claimed he only wants Sasuke's body) ?
