Food for thought; Forbidden Jutsu for thought

The below are some qns that makes me ponder, and maybe u can think about it too!

1. How many Forbidden Jutsu are there?
2. How are Jutsu classified as Forbidden Jutsu, based on what criteria?
3. Why is the need to forbid shinobi from using them?
4. Some jutsu, like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, are classified forbidden but Naruto is allowed to spam it.
5. Why forbidden jutsu are written down in scrolls? Shouldnt there be no record at all?
6. If Forbidden Jutsu are so deadly, why are they so poorly guarded? (as seen in earlier Naruto series, Naruto himself was able to steal the scroll easily)
7. And the storage room seems to be full of Forbidden Jutsu that was not revealed.
8. How did a noob like Naruto learned Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (a S or A rank technique) so fast when he cant even produce the correct chakra required to walk on trees or water when he was a kid. Mind you, he is not the study/nerd type so it is amazing how on earth he can understand anything written on the scroll.

Naruto is just that sneaky, he had to be when he was still growing up less he suffer some kind of beatdown from the villagers or even spiteful Shinobi, plus the Kyuubi is a Fox and those animals have been to known to be pretty crafty. That pretty much says how he stole it and the reason their forbidden is because they have high prices to pay if they are going to perform them, a life like Reaper Death Seal.

2. Probably on the damage it does to the user.

3. Well, you wouldn't want your shinobi to use forbidden jutsus left and right and then dying because of it, right?

4. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a jutsu that drains your chakra to the point where you can die. Because Naruto has a huge chakra pool, plus Kurama's chakra, it doesn't affect him as it would any other person.

5. I have no idea, nor do I feel like thinking about it.
