The OP's a joke.

He seems to think Kishimoto goes to the same extent to himself to calculate how strong he makes jutsu when he doesn't, he just applies the basic fundamentals and then, when people put situational logic in front of him, he tries to tip-toe around it; not knowing everyone is watching him stumble.

Besides, everyone knows your Hiruzen fanboy and that this is just an excuse to try and make him seem relevant.

Those in the OP are couple of dozens of Sarutobi members even the best among them [Hiruzen] don't stand a chance against Madara when it comes to only Fire Release...
Madara's first Katon attempt that was countered by a battalion of Suiton users is far greater than anything a Sarutobi can offer...

The Juubi isn't 1KM tall at all, not even close. It's at most, and I'm being really generous here, 100mts tall (300 if you wish to consider the tails in an upward stance)

I've decided to prove that Hiruzen and the rest of his clan members have the best feats of hottest katon temperature.

Here is the feat:

What the fodder Sarutobi clan members did was create a large volume of concrete so large that it dwarfs the Juubi.

Now the members of Iwagakure did before the feat was trap the Juubi in a cubic stone cage so that the members of Kirigakure can fill up the stone cage with water using their suiton. The Juubi is around 1 km tall, so the volume should be around 1000*1000*1000 = 1000000000 cubic meters.

In order to make concrete, water needs to be evaporated.

According to this article, concrete is around 15% water. Thus you multiply the volume by 0.15 to get the volume of water. 1000000000*.15 = 150000000 cubic meters

Density of water is 1000 kg/m^3. Thus the mass is 150000000*1000 = 150000000000 kg

There are 55.55 moles per kilogram in H2O.

150000000000*55.55 = 8332500000000 moles

Vaporization is 40.65 kilojoules per mole.

8332500000000*55.55 = 462870375000000 kJ = 462870375000000000 J

1 megaton of TNT explosive = 4.184E+15 J

462870375000000000/4.184E+15 = 110.6 megatons of TNT equivalent for the combined power of 14 no-name Sarutobi clan members.

So divide 110.6 by 14 to get the single power of a Sarutobi clan jonin, which is 7.9 megatons.

7.9 megatons = 7900000 tons of TNT equivalent.

Conclusion:

, demonstrating that she outputs 170 tons of TNT equivalent energy. So this feat that the Sarutobi clan did literally outputs 46,000 times more energy than her punch.

Madara has no feats that suggest that he can vaporize a large volume of water as the Sarutobi clan did, thus giving each fodder Sarutobi clan member much better credibility in Katon. With that being said, Hiruzen (and his father Sasuke) is known to be strongest Sarutobi clan members. Thus, they would automatically get scaled to this amount of power.

Thus, making Hiruzen king of Katons.

Strong chakra =/= stronger jutsu

The better the chakra the better the jutsu. That's a given fact of the manga. Senjutsu are better than the usual variation because they use a stronger form of chakra. Fukasaku explained the combination of natural-, physical-and spiritual energy creates a better and stronger form of chakra. Therefore the impact is better.
Uchihas doesn't have only strong chakra, but a strong connection to the Seishitsu "Hi"/fire. The databook says Uchiha are true virtuosos of Katon.
