OT: It's a truth alot of people don't want to admit. While it's true some characters can close a gap quickly and possess the ability to still fight against a long-range user without much disadvantage, the majority of shinobi don't. There are even some very powerful shinobi that can get destroyed due to a flight advantage.

Yeah, if only Onoki would fly way up to the clouds and just wipe out the enemy with a huge Jinton every time he battles someone.

Most people on the base don't do that, they only simulate what THEY think the characters will do instead of what they would actually do.
