It's stated in the manga that Kushina taught Minato Fuuinjitsu and a lot of her clans secret techniques.

Maybe after the Ten Tails Arc, they may be another treatment where Naruto can go train and perhaps learn it?

Kushina moved to the leaf when her the uzumaki village got destroyed.
Minato was still in the academy.
Kushina taught him his fuinjutsu.
