Those jonins can't do it separately, they can only do it simultaneously....and Naruto is only one man, he can't be taught that...
Only person who could use it individually was Minato...

Again, even Rasengan was considered to be a very hard tech to master. Kakashi could only do it as an adult when Naruto was only a kid. I'm sure he could learn it if they tried to teach him, but btw, they never tried to teach it.

Which bridges to... if they were taught how to do it, how the hell wouldn't they be able to teach it to Naruto?
