So we know that FTG lvl 1 allows the user to teleport to any fixed stationary location. We can also say that FTG lvl 2 allows the user to teleport toward a fixed location that is in motion, seeing as to how that is the only difference between both levels that we have seen so far. Anybody have a prediction as to what FTG lvl 3 may be IF it even existed? I'm guessing that it would have something to do with Minato being able to instantly teleport any ranged type jutsu/weapon through the marked location or it's general vicinity.

Another quick question that needs answering is whether his "Tags" have a pause between usages or if there's an interval of time until he's able to reappear near the tag.

Thoughts or comments?

Maybe LV3 would be something like opening a S/T gate below the opponents to teleport them somewhere else... Or maybe something like creating a S/T barrier that prevents the opponent from using ninjutsu within its range... That would be BoSS!! xd

What if he threw a marked kunai, then proceeded to teleport many more marked kunai to the one in motion (think of shrapnel eploding from a bomb). This would essentially give him an instant radius of potential marks that he could dart between, delivering multiple attacks from different directions.

Let's say there are levels and Minato mastered the first two. I think everyone believes that at some point what's his face will be shown the jutsu and he will add it to his repertoire. Now you know how he do, takes a technique and does it his way. Usually mixing in the kage bunshins somehow (It's kind of a theme).

So picture if you will, Naruto space jammin' it from clone to clone to clone in split seconds. You think he's comin at you one way, nope FTG to the left, then FTG to the right, then out of nowhere you catch a rasengan to your ass.
