I wonder if Minato can even create a barrier that big to port those techniques. If they were more condensed and smaller, I'd definitely agree (though it may be too chakra taxing for Minato) but we don't know the limits of his barrier. Kinda depends on if you think what those two did was stronger than a Juubidama.

Intensity has nothing to do with the matter. The techniques shoot into a rift opened in space and gets sent back at them.

Intensity = Sheer mass and amount of chakra. Besides, the Kekkei sends techniques to the location of another seal and unless you're telling me Minato can tag either RSM Naruto/SRG Sasuke, it'd be useless even if Minato were fast enough to do the handseals and erect the barrier. (Which he isn't considering the techniques' deployment speed.)

Besides, even if miracles did happen and he managed to erect it, Sasuke uses Amenotejikara and switches the location of the Kekkei and the arrow and it's GG.

Anyway, neither Naruto or Sasuke need those techniques to defeat Minato.
