Flying would suck unless you had super speed and super strength aswell, otherwise you are only flying as fast as your walking speed.
Invisibility also would suck unless you were intangible aswell or could freeze time or something, otherwise people would still hear and feel you. you can sense someone walking up behind you without seeing them.

Flight is good, but not as cool and hax as invisibility or intangibility considering that they are totally unique. No one is capable of that power. But invisibility has vulnerabilities like getting sensed and touched. Intangibility is by far the best.

Yeah only the part of the body that is colliding with the target needs to be solid, while the rest can be intangible.
