He doesn't take a rest after each battle and i didnt mention the warlords in order but give me estimate of whom you believe he beats.

1. Buggy
2. Moria
3. Crocodile
4. Jinbe
5. Law
6. Hancock
7. Doflamingo
8. Kuma
9. Teach
10. Mihawk

if he can take on each at his full strength than Akainu goes all the way (though the last fight would not be easy)
if he can't rest than ... either stops at Teach or Mihawk, now if you put Miahwk first than Akainu does not get far
