I was reading an article about a mother suing a hospital for "The mother of a transgender boy filed a lawsuit against a U.S. hospital on Monday claiming its medical staff repeatedly addressed her son - who later committed suicide - as a girl."

One of the greatest losses of normal people in this time is referring to transgender people as the gender they claim to be as opposed to the gender they were born as.

For example... a male who wants to "transition" to being "female" is called a transgender girl.

Why are they referred to as if they are then gender they are transitioning to be? Why wouldn't they be referred to as a transgender boy? The reality of the situation is they are a boy who has "transitioned", not the other way around.

You're an idiot and don't know jack about the topic and you want to talk about reality lol
If they were a girl and decided to get the surgery they are a transgendered boy.

The point of getting the operation is to be comfortable I their own skin as the *** they feel they should have originally been.
You are essentially denying this by saying by basically saying well in still calling you whatever *** you born
