This is just hypothetical obviously but....

almost every character that has superstrength is always really built up and fit looking.

However that can't be because if you have super-strength, then how can you exercise to maintain a built physique?

Say if you have enough strength to lift a ship, then what can you lift on a daily basis to burn fat off and keep a well rounded body?

Lifting 100 pounds at the gym wouldn't really do anything because it won't challenge you. It would probably be almost impossible to work out your abs, unless you go for 3000 reps or something. You'd have to run for hours to train your leg muscles.

The only explanation would be if superstrength automatically gives you the best physique that won't fade away even if all you eat is cake everday.

Lol any opinions?

Simple, bench trains. We've all seen "The Incredible's" right?

lol yeah I was thinking that too which somewhat gave me the idea for this thread

But nonetheless, it's still pretty inconvenient.....not everyone lives near trains

well keep in mind, that super strength, in naruto, is usually stems from chakra...but you could get some really heavy weights.

exibit A of heavy weights for super strength.
You must be registered for see images

this weight is only 500 lb. So the one above must be like 2-8 thousand.

In all honesty, i say that it is much more simple to train superstrength. So there is no real flaw in it. Just get heavy enough weights.
A lead or gold weight set would be quite dense.

there isn't a bar strong enough to hold 2-8 thousand pounds though in real life

main thing I hate about their body designs is that they look like a steroid gym bastard mutant, real muscles look like this: (apparently this guy is one of the strongest men in the world) and not like the ones a random mongoloid from a gym has, I just googled a few guys who were capable of lifting incredible weights and they all look like fatsos, most guys you see on magazines and movies are just normal men who go through diets, lowering their bodyfat to make abs and other muscles more visible and more veiny.

The biggest flaw is, you always kill the ones you bone, it's sad really.
