Flaw in Izanagi

I have found a serious flaw in the jutsu we all know and love as Izanagi.

Obito said that only one who had the power of both Senju and Uchiha could use this forbidden jutsu.

Danzo reaffirmed this statement when he faced Sasuke. As we know Danzo had both the powers of Senju and Uchiha.

But then the question is, if you need both the power of Senju and Uchiha to use Izanagi then how come all these Uchiha fodders could use it at will with no problem. Did they all just somehow gain Senju DNA?

You don't need Senju DNA. With Senju DNA you can perfect it to make it last longer, Obito was able to use it 5 Minutes with Senju DNA, but you can also use it without, just the time span isn't that long.

Beside, during that time uchiha were just a cousin clan by blood to the senju's.

This was before Madara and Hashirama's time

As time progress the senjus and uchiha's blood thinned.

No such thing as a time limit or five minute fic.

Obito never stated that he had five or ten minutes of inzanagi.
