what about lunar or solar eclipses .
what about people that live in basements or beneath the earth? they shall not be affected.
and whats madara even going to be doing during this. sitting on a throne chilling?.

once trapped there is no way out. time inside tsukuyomi moves on loot faster then in rl. and i guess he either becomes the "god" of that universe or just sacrifices and gives his life for the greater good( meaning he doesnt get to have a nice life, in order to have the rest of the world inside that genjutsu^^
