Oro is comming back, they always do the origin flashbacks when something is going to happen to that character Kabuto will turn into Oro calling it. Why else would he finally go into his backstory right now?

Flashbacks vindicating poor Kabuto but at the same time creating an atmosphere around Oro's past....He is indeed coming back. And he is up to no good

Orochimaru reminds me of Sephiroth, he will never be a memory
(well he will be if he does return, which i hope he does. I do love a cool kick ass villain who looks more pretty than tough but kicks some serious butt)
