Flash has control over matter and has the speed force, there literally isnt a cap to the flashes speed, by controling the atoms he can phase through anything or viberate though anything. The flash doesn't have to stay on the planet to live, that the bs thing about the flash, he can run through and out of universes/dimensions. A punch at infinite mass would hurt goku as goku has been hurt by almost every antigonists punch in the series. Accelerating a penny faster than light is enough to shoot through any and everying let alone a punch.

Flight: By spinning like a helicopter, Flash can even perform a limited kind of flight. Since his power is a quantum/molecular phenomenon, the Flash has been able to fly just as other metas do (and there have been other flying speedsters in the past, such as the deceased Johnny Quick) because he can control his absolute molecular energy and direction and force it in the direction he wished to move without running. Though he rarely makes use of this ability as he enjoys running. The Speed Force also allows him to run in frictionless environments, as he was able to run in space itself, as casually as he was running on the ground without any outside assistance.

The DC Universe is immensely more powerful than the DBZ universe, so any time you start comparing major characters from those two the DC Universe is going to come out on top. Goku is the strongest character in DBZ and we're here comparing him to someone who isn't even close to being the strongest in DC, and its not a favorable comparison for him.

Also, lets not forget DBZ characters love to charge their power/moves for like 4 episodes before using them. Not the best trait when fighting the world's fastest man.

Btw, Goku has INSTANT transmission. So technically, it's impossible for anyone or anything to be faster then him.

IT has its limitations, and in non canon its shown he enters an alternate dimension to use it. flash need only kil goku before he can raise his fingers. since IT depends on gokus reaction time. omnipotents are literally infinite and unlimited in everything.

Flash's not even in Goku's league when it comes to toughness and durability.
