I've heard Grodd and the Rogues are going to be the primary focus villains. All I know is I hope Jay Garrick makes an appearance at least once in the new season.

Yeah I had hoped so too. I thought for sure that's what was happening. But from what I understand of the comics does this make Eddie Barry's twin brother then?

I don't know. The only Flash comic I've read is the Flashpoint Paradox. But I did read something similar about Barry's twin on the internet. His alter ego is Cobalt Blue or something like that.
