it was overly good, because I really wanted to see it anyway. but for me it had some inconsistently in it, one does the speed force have a textile regenerator, how the hell is his suit not torn when he came out of the speed force. two, d hell, no one told me that the speed force could cry and finally the reason barry could not leave the speed force was because he had not accepted his mom's death, what does that have to do with anything. I taught probably the speed force would have given him some instructions on how to go faster. anyway twas not too terrible. anyone care to explain how the speed force really works.

I didn't think it was that great tbh. I felt the whole 1/2 the episode, the speed force part, could have been done with less time and Tony was a dumb villain to bring back, somebody go tell that actor zombies don't walk like gorillas.

Anyway The Speed Force gave him a new outfit is the only real answer. He couldn't have been wearing the suit Cisco was vibing from since it was on Earth. The thing about the speed force making Barry stronger was it was showing him he's holding himself down(aka slowing himself down) by holding all this pressure and guilt, by dropping the guilt he drops a weight, less weight=faster. It's a poor metaphor really. The speed force can get a bit confusing especially now with newer writers saying Barry himself creates the Speed Force.

Yea that's what they say now but that still doesn't really make sense. How can Barry be what gave him the powers? I understand how with time travel a character can be responsible for the action that results in their power but how does one be the power itself and go back in time to his younger self to grant him power.
