Flash Animation to Animated IMG

Is it possible to convert a very short flash animation to an animated image that I can put in my siggy? If you're curious, I'm aiming to put this ->

There is one way for sure you capture it with some cam and convert avi to gif

Something like hycam or camstudio, but the bad side is it kinda bad graphic like in my sig.

Oh an for convert i used "amazing photo editor" and if you want to edit gif use 'easy gif animator"
