History: The Varia ( A Mercenary Assassination squad ) decided to recruit Fran as a new Varia officer. Currently, he lives in the land of frost called "Jura" with his grandmother. Viper asks Fran's grandmother where he was, to which she answers that he's playing upstream in the river at the west side of the countryside. They see him later on a river alongside with the Kokuyo Junior Academy Gang from Suna, excluding Chrome Dokuro, who are also looking for the boy. This time, Flan wears a giant apple head instead of a frog head, the Varia spotting him with ease leads to a chat.

When he noticed Mukuro and the others' present, he mistakes them as "fairies," and does an exorcism dance, calling Mukuro, "pineapple head fairy" and Varia, "tooth decaying fungus," much to their annoyance. Fran starts to running away from them when Belphegor throws knives at him, which do not affect him as he blocks them with his hat. He is chased after by Ken and Levi, who try to coax and intimidate him into calming down, respectively. Mukuro and Squalo stop him and find that he has lost his memories from when they first met because his head was hit by a cheese block, according to his grandmother. Mukuro and Squalo argue that neither of them needs Fran. The group negotiate and are about to decide with a game of ladder which side must take care of Fran when he interrupts and decides which group he will go with. In the end of the first battle, it is shown that Fran has joined Mukuro and is part of Team Verde and is proudly referred to by Verde, along with Mukuro, the Puppetry Duo.

Puppetry: A Puppet user is ninja that uses The Puppet Technique to fight. This technique is a unique ninjutsu fighting style that uses chakra threads to control puppets like marionettes. Any number of chakra threads can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill can use fewer strings per puppet. Both Chiyo and Sasori demonstrated the ability to control entire puppets perfectly using just one thread. While most puppeteers would normally be able to control ten puppets at most (one per finger), Sasori's self-modification allowed him to control up to one hundred puppets at a time.This technique has few weaknesses: according to Shino Aburame's observations during his fight against Kankurō, the Puppet Technique is a long range style, meaning that the puppeteers are weak against close range fighters. Since most puppeteer use his or her hands to manipulate the puppets, if their hands are disabled, then the technique can be neutralised. And because the puppet's movements are based on the mechanisms that were installed inside, interfering with said mechanisms can stall the puppet entirely.

He means until you mastered it, you can't technically have it as a "specialty", though it's not really a big deal, it shows that this biography is someone who uses Puppetry. You just can't have any special benefits from it like you do with elements and so on until that point. It's sort of like Uchiha needing to have a fire specialty, despite not having it mastered.

But otherwise, it's really nice. Reminds me of my own Flan bio. :3
