Flame inside of Naruto

That the flame inside Naruto is similar to when Neji saw the 9-tails inside of him? I wonder what color this new flame is? Naruto's chakara is blue, the 9-tails red, but this new flame, I have no idea. Also does it have any connection or implication to combining Nature with 9-Tails?
