At least to me the wording on this page done by mangapanda and *********** seemed a bit funky. This is a Viz translation and this 100% confirms that what Kabuto is using to heal Sasuke is "much tinkered with" Hashirama cells.

I doubt it. I imagine that it's the same "tinkered" Hashirama cells that he used with Edo Madara.
