If Minato can give out chakra cloaks things can get a little iffy for Madara. Though Limbo ends them all with zero difficulty so that should be restricted.

Nagato can see Limbo. Minato, Hashirama and Itachi have the ability to defend from it so that jutsu is pretty much a non factor when it comes to the outcome of the match. With that being said, BSM Minato, SM Hashirama, Cloaked Nagato, Cloaked Kabuto and Cloaked PS Itachi take Madara out with moderate effort. From what Sasuke has shown us PS>Rinnegan in terms of raw power. Madara's PS w/ a Senjutsu and Rinnegan boost won't be strong enough to take out SS especially when it has support from BSM Minato, Cloaked Nagato (Who would be able to at least block one attack with a CST enhanced by Minato's chakra) and a cloaked Itachi.

Madara would win because of Limbo's capacity to replicate the original's abilities, so Limbo is able to use everything the real Madara could do from an unseen dimension, only visible to Nagato and to who possess Rikudou's Senjutsu, which none of the team have. This is also troubling because none of the team can damage Limbo, as the stated requirement to damage Limbo is possessing Rikudou's Chakra, which none of the team apart from Nagato can exert to their attacks. Nagato could, however, damage Limbo particularly because Rinnegan techniques are products of Rikudou's Chakra, but Madara, being the one originally possessing Nagato's eyes, can cancel everything Nagato can do. The rest are overwhelmed by Limbo.

Yeah I agree, shinra tensei would slow down and Asura Path would blow it up. Asura path is definetly one of the coolest paths.
