It was a cold afternoon, and the rain had been coming down hard, but it didn't stop him from going...he had recieved a note, and without much thought he went into the woods 'He challenges me...' said the man wearing a hooded garment, he then came across a plain field, a shinobi standing mid range from, it had stopped raining at the time, he took of his garment, and a standard katana was strapped to his back 'we'll have it your way then' said the man, with no ounce of fear, he was afterall Uchiha Itachi. Itachi immediately channel earth chakra causing large spikes to emerge from below, around his opponent, he immediately follows up by exhaling a large fire ball at his opponent's feet that would explode just before impact, he then proceed to activate his 2T sharingan

Just chillin in the woods minding my business. Then some fuq boi came round' ma side of town. Clearly he wanted da fade, he just looked like he needed an ass whooping. I gave da man his battle letting him attack me first. He came crazy tryna attack me with earth. I noticed this as the ground started to vibrate slightly and break apart. "Shit he must not know bout me." I thought to myself as i stomp my foot shooting myself high into the air on a platform. His dumb a$$ attack collided into my platform and i continued to chill until he came out da cut again. Firing a big a$$ fire ball at me, looking down on dis hoe i wasn't scared clearly. Finessing on dis man right quick i showed off ma other elements. Quickly making a sphere of water and turning dat jawn into a few spears of water. Dey all go at the fire ball and collide. But nah i wasn't done. I had to embarrass dis chump right quick. To show him he wasn't **** i had to bring back one of da retro customs. Back when i was a young boul finessin as the 4th Raikage or whatever. So i held my hand high and flung dat jawn down sending a cluster of weak a$$ butterflies at da man. About 10-15 of dem jawns. Clearly the man wasn't **** so i had to attack him with some **** feel me? but yea dass how it went down.

Due to multiple butterflies attacking him, the butterflies cause slight paralysis. Leaving the opponent stunned for a brief moment.

Though his sharingan was active, itachi could not see through the chakra infused mist between them, he reconed his opponent wouldn't either, he starts dashing towards the platform when he noticed lightning butterflies, immediately deducing the nature and power, he reacts almost instantly, covering himself in a lightning plasma barrier, this successfully defends itachi from evil butterflies, itachi throws an explosive tagged kunai with his left, aiming his opponent in a projectile form while channelling chakra to his right hand, he releases a tremendously fast and powerful spear of lightning which is headed for this fighter's stomach, however, it splits in 2 midway, and a branch targets the platform, leaving his target without a footing as he defends against the other spear 'I expected a stronger one, perhaps I'm fighting the wrong person'

The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Mandalorian Armor : Armor Activation | Rorian'āmā: Āmāakutibēshon

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.
Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation
Note: The armor is in everything like a CW, having to be posted in the users bio and in the beginning of the fight.
Note: Each clan member has an armor which different looks but all have the above abilities

"Oh nah" I said as i was chilling on my platform. Me having my Versace armor on i could see through this "chakra mist" and peep da heat signatures of my opponent. After sending my butterflies i noticed that the body heat of my opponent remained the same. If ol boy was dead he would have lost heat. Wit dis in mind i waste no time and continuing kill dis man. i do a quick fufu hand seal and cause some fufu lame earth dragon to come thru from out in front of me. I direct my cuz to smash into you as i remain atop da platform.

As the earth dragon is formed, Itachi noticed dark shades just past the dispersing mist 'perhaps he could see me, or is not conviced' Itachi knew he couldn't determine the power range of the tech as he couldn't see it, so he changed from the offensive, quickly he sliced his thumb with the kunai he intended throwing, then stringing a few handseals and placing his hands on the ground, he summons a... Well a large bird with itachi atop it, Augustine ascended swiftly, while gliding slightly to my left, just enough dodge the dragon ':| why call me! I was having a good time' the very large bird continue to ascend till we were at a higher level 'So... You were with your subordinates wife austine? Does jade know about it~_~. You there, perhaps I've made a mistake, you truely are not my opponent, you make a formidable one though, if you don't attack now, I will be on my way, if not...' Itachi continues to monitor him with the sharingan 'just kill him already itachi'

Description:After making a blood sacrifice and performing a sequence of five hand seals, the user will place the hand on the ground or facing the ground below them and release there chakra to create the summoning seal. This will summon Augustine the largest of the Kingfishers and he can be considered as the boss of all the other Kingfishers. Augustine has a large crest and finely spotted white on black upper-parts with a chestnut breast band and otherwise white underparts with dark flank barring. He is large enough to carry four people on his back being about two times larger than Sasuke's Hawk summon and has a the ability to speak with his summoner. Augustine has the ability to perform all Fire jutsu without hand seals by releasing them from his mouth or using his wings where the jutsu may state using an arm swing (all within reason as its clear that he will not be able to use ALL fire techniques). Twice per battle Augustine can coat his beak with fire chakra and dive at a target inflicting them with damage equivalent to that of an S-rank fire jutsu.
Notes:
- Must have signed the Kingfisher Contract,
- His Flame Diving attack can only be used twice per battle with three turns in between each use and S-ranked,
- Can be summoned once per battle
- Remains on the field for up to four turns per summon,
- The only exceptions to the fire jutsus usable by Augustine are the Flame Rasengan and ones that require ninja tools or scrolls to perform.

"Dis *****" i mutter to myself as i can see ol boy on a bird in the air. Clearly this was some fufu lame ****. I ain't wit it so it was only right to send shots at his fitted. I form some water in my mouf den i shoot 5 small bullets of water in quickly, none of them are aimed to hit you or the bird. Instead they form a pentagon just a meter before you when i clench my hand n form a grenade of lightning. I throw it right in the middle of the pentagon and it detonates creating 5 shock bullets of water which are attracted to each other creating a net of electricity in between as it reaches you. "Grattata!"

I jump of my platform and activate my Versace jetpack. I hover in the air watching. "Dis ain't whatchu want!" :|

Standing on his bird, itachi notices the water projectiles are not aimed at them, thanks to his sharingan. Augustine starts diving down, while shooting a wide spread stream of fire at the mandalore, meanwhile, itachi who jumped up just before augustine started his fire jutsu was still in mid air when his bird became a dragon, at that point Itachi then forms a chidori in his right hand, swinging it from left to right, itachi releases a volley of senbons at his opponent, (however due to the fact that the the fire stream started just a split second before the lightning, and the bird was moving towards you, when itachi jumped so you don't see itachi, or know exactly what jutsu is used)

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.
