LOL, sorry xd

Pro: It serves as a distraction, and if the enemy is not aware of the jutsu, it can be difficult to avoid in the last second.
Con: It's a D rank jutsu, meaning it's pretty weak. And the enemy can easily avoid or make a barrier if he's aware of the jutsu.

Now, the C-ranks! :D

Before we get into C-ranks, I want you to make a combo to destroy my clone.
Water style: Oil clone Jutsu ( Suiton: sekiyu Bunshin )
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: short –mid
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60
Description: The User creates a clone out of oil that when it disperses it splatters near by objects with flammable oil. You can only summon three of them at a time. The clone can only use techniques using oil and cannot move past mid-range from the user's position.
I'm making it easy on you by making this target vunerable to fire. You start mid-range from my clone, and I don't want you to simply use the mid-range fire jutsu; be creative. Remember, this is to show me that you actually know how to use these jutsu! :D

-_____- When I think I'll finally go into C-ranks....

Before he has any reaction, I start throwing shuriken at your clone. Then I run in his direction until I come very close to him. I then do the jutsu "Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique" creating a flammable mist around him. I then use "Fire Release: Running Fire" to ignite the mist. Just for precaution, I throw more shuriken to where he was standing :D

Geez, I'm trash at doing combos xd

That's fine; and yeah, it's time for C-ranks...
So, I want you to generate flames made for exhaling (ie. inhale, build up chakra, exhale, etc.). Then, as you exhale the flames, make the flames more of a short, powerful burst of heat and power, rather than a sustained stream of fire meant for burning someone. This technique is to generate a great deal of heat capable of making one faint from heat exhaustion; not for burning.
( Katon: Shōkasou ) - Fire Release: Small Fire Stream
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.

Okay!

I concentrate my chakra on the lungs. Then I inhale a great quantity of air. I try to turn my chakra on the lungs in heat instead of fire, even though it's difficult. When I think I'm ready, I spew it in the form of a pure stream of heat.

I always like to know if my students are understanding what they're learning, or if they're simply rewording what I told them to do. That's the reason I ask for a pro/con to every jutsu; you may NEVER use this technique (I don't think I have), but I'd still like to know that you understand it, should the time come where you think it fits best. Also, you are exhaling flame, but it's really spread out and your chakra can't maintain it in such a spread-out form at a level to burn things; it just generates a lot of heat by itself.

Pro: Well, if you are close to the opponent (really close), when you use it, you can burn him, with little time to react.
Con: It's not that powerful, and any not-that-skilled opponent could stop this technique

And I understand everything what you said, senpai :D

Alright, good. That's just one of my go-to responses when I have a student missing pro/cons; I explain why I want them. xd

For the next jutsu, you need to first weave the "Snake", "Ram", "Monkey", "Boar", "Horse", and "Tiger" handseals. Then, you are going to inhale, focusing your katon chakra into your lungs and mixing it with the air. Then, create a ring shape with your index finger and thumb, holding it in front of your mouth. At the same time, move the katon chakra-infused air into your mouth, where you exhale it. As the chakra-infused air is exhaled, the chakra "catches" on the air, like a match on a rough surface, and ignites the chakra-infused air as it passes through your fingers, creating a fireball.
( Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.

Okay!

I weave the handseals, and then focus my chakra into the lungs and mix it with the air on my lungs. I then create the ring shape with my right hand fingers, and at the same time I breathe the Fire chakra, which ignites as soon as it gets out of my mouth.

After spewing the fire, it turns into a medium-sized fireball that after some time, dispels on thin air.

Pro: Well, the fireball is quite large and travels fast, and the enemy must be quick to react to it.
Con: An enemy can quickly counterattack the fireball or simply evade it. Also, because of the size of the fireball, sometimes the user can't see what the opponent is doing.

Excellent. Now, this shall be my final post, as I won't be a senpai for much longer, nor will Migualon J.J. be a sensei as he is resigning. I'm here to say, for your next teacher, that you know how to do that last technique properly, and to post a formal good-bye. I'm sorry I could only post so much, and a bit of that was reminding you of pros and cons, but I had others as well to respond to and real life work... I hope you'll forgive me for only being able to teach you so much when I planned to finish off the element for you. I hope you become a good ninja here on NarutoBase; make Suna proud!

My only regret is that I was not more active to post here... I'll talk to you later. :D
