Please give me feedback. This was my first Signature and by looking at other signatures that people post I can already tell I need a lot of improvement.

There's some good tutorials on youtube to help improve your signature making, keep up the good work.

Improve on your blending, resizing and placement.

It's good for first attempt.
Just note that the render is a bit stretched-out, text should be different color since it disappears with the background, and add maybe c4ds to fill up the empty left side of the sig.
