dont you mean 2 renders pasted together?
um I advice you to go look at a signature tutorial, learn a few things and learn your own style so that you can make some good sigs

well, it doesnt really looks like a sig for me...
its more like a double render...
and there is this spot (a little part of the render i guess) on the left that appears out of nowhere that is kinda buggin me ^^

i would highly suggest to take a look at some tutorials about the basics sig skills
such as

where to place your render, depth, colors, lightning-shadowing, contrast, flow (this one is very important) and once you get the hang of it
be sure to expand your technics with c4d, gradient map, clipping mask, vector, different brushes and play with your own creativity!!!

Keep it up and have fun!!!

Don't let CNC get you down it's a good first try. Better than mine by far.

You must be registered for see images

I see that you figured out how to use gradient maps!

eeeh
hope i wasnt too harsh or anything in my CnC
i just think that it's better to go straight to the point of the things the person can work on
since... the person did asked for our opinion...
and,
it's easy to just say
"wow awesome,etc"
but it isn't constructive and doesn't help you to go further in your gfx making!!!
so.. really, no bad intentions behing what i said, only the hope of you getting better and better
:D

Not bad not bad! Try to avoid cropping at the top and sides of the image and dash some fancy effects and brushes in there and you have a winner! :D
