So after lots of searching, I finally found an irrefutable piece of evidence of a plot hole in dbz
everyone thinks they're everywhere, but i can only find one that can't be explained in ANY WAY
However, know that this plot hole only exists in the NEW dbz canon, not an inconsistency between new and old.

On to the plot hole:
In dragonball z Battle of gods, we already know that bulma is 38 years old. We know from dragonball that goku is a few years younger than vegeta. This is evidenced in dragonball minus
Anyway, before beerus went to sleep for 39 years, he told freiza to destroy planet vegeta. in another one of Derek1st's threads (we're the biggest dbz dorks in our school XD) he explained that it seems strange that frieza would wait at least 6 years before destroying planet vegeta (39 years means 1 year older than bulma, who is 2 years older than goku, who (according to dragonball minus) was 3 when the planet got destroyed).
Here's the observation i have to make: Beerus was shown on planet vegeta when vegeta was a kid. We know that he hadn't decided to destroy the planet yet because he says to Whis "I'd destroy it myself but its so off the beaten path", meaning that he hadn't decided to destroy it until a later time.
So this all happened a good bit LONGER than 6 years before the destruction of planet vegeta (otherwise he would have destroyed the planet on his own)
given that vegeta looks even older than dragonball goku (who was 14 at the time) and add the 6+ years between beerus sleeping and the planets destruction, that would make vegeta 20+ years older than goku
Which is bonkers.
