I wanted to ask for your assumption on who could be the first division captain of the revs? We know that Sabo is the 2nd division captain and I believe Kuma and Ivankov or believe or have their own special status but what do you guys think

I think that dragon kept the seat reserved for Luffy, I know this may sound crazy but hear me out, luffy is his biological son it seems plausible for him to do so, and luffy has done the most damage to the world gov himself, enies lobby raid, attacking the seven warlords, marineford etc. I feel like dragon is keeping the seat for luffy

Or it could be luffys mother! Lol just throwin it out there
