He has a 69 tattoo on his left cheek, and has a Tattoo of a chain around his neck. He sometimes wears a bandage covering his right eye and has the standard Inuzuka birthmark.
Scraggy is a Black/White dog. I Tattoo'd a 69 on his Left cheek also, so he can match me. He also wears a bandage covering his right eye when I wear it.
Personality: He is quiet, and a Lone Wolf. Doesn't talk much.

Background Info.
History: Scrafty was always bad at Ninjutsu, and all other kinds of Jutsu. So he often would get bullied. That was the reason he became Lonely and hard to get along with. He graduated late, and was made fun of because of it. He had the nerve to fight the bullies some days, but would loose. One day, he was given his puppy, and with his friend, he defeated the bully. Afterwards, he was a extremely talented Ninja. Months later, he didn't like how the Leaf Village was going, so he scratched his headband and put it on his Left arm and left. He found Amegakure. He recieved a Headband for becoming an extremely talented Ninja. He placed that headband around his neck, and lived in Amegakure. He tried to forget about what happened in Khona, but he thinks about it all day. Until this day, he's still thinking about his past, and how there's nothing he can do about it.
