Well, first of all I hate that border xD. It needs to be blended more imo, you can also blur it to give it more depth overall I rate it about 7/10.

For a first try its actually good.
first the border is suits this pale avatar.
the avatar is pale and not very "coming alive" meaning it doesnt come at you and i dont feel exited to see it really.
try using the contrast and briteness and make it way better
