Looks: The Lord Dragon Reborn is a handsome, very tall and light-skinned.He has dark reddish, unruly hair hanging just past his ears, and blue-grey eyes. Rand has the typical tall, broad shouldered Aiel physique, he is more slender and not as heavily built as his friend Perrin, Rand is strong and muscular from arduous farm work, climbing skills, years of archery training, sword practice, and learning Aiel fighting techniques, with and without weapons.
His palms have brands in the shape of a heron that still burn like the day he got them (they name him the Dragon Reborn; and up his forearms are two scarlet and gold, metallic dragons, naming him the Car'a'carn, or Chief of Chiefs, to his clan).

Personality: Rand Al'Thor was a kind hearted good spirited kid who always had a smile. He also refused to fight a women regardless of its consequences but when his own parents got murdered in front of his own eyes Rand snapped. He has now become emotionless a killng machine, killing without hesitation whether its a women or not. He doesnt think twice about destroying a whole tower full of innocent people just to annihilate a single enemy.

Background Info.​

History: Rand Al'Thor was the only child of his parents.His father Tam Al'thor was the leader of his clan and greatly respected and feared due to his incredible ninjutsu skills.great things were expected of Rand.Rand showed early promise in the academy rapidly rising through the ranks of the ninja marking him as once in a generation prodigy.At the mere age of 12 he became a jounin making his clan and father proud.When the Third Shinobi War started his father went ahead to fight for his village taking Rand with him.Various hard battles were fought and the gruelling war finally ended with Kirigakure's victory.Rand was overjoyed but little did he know that a terrible tragedy was to befall him. He reached home with his father to see a terrible scene.Some missing nin had secretly attacked his clan after the war had ended taking advantage of the turmoil and confusion of the aftermath of the war.His mother had been hacked to several pieces.Every single heirloom of the Clan had been stolen.His father seeing his wife's torn body broke down.Suddenly two shuriken flew towards Tam Al'Thor impaling him>Two missing nin appeared who were hiding in the bushes nearby.They sliced of Tam's head right before Rand's horrified eyes.the two missing nin didnt consider rand to be a threat and left him drenched in a pool of his own parents blood.All the emotions finally snapped inside Rand and he howled. He cried tears of blood for days and days.Finally after cremating his parents , he resolved to change himself becoming as emotionless and dispassionate as possible. He became a killing machine the ultimate tool of his village.

If I recall it, people with a missing arm and whatnot, was usually... Well in the past, allowed to do hand signs with just one hand. Well, atleast Cali told me, but I don't know how it works now. O_O
