First anime you ever watched?

The first anime i ever watched was naruto, which is why i will always have a special place for it in my heart (yes im a girl lol). So if you have watched a lot of anime (which im pretty sure all of you have) which was the anime that started it all?

Also, when did you start watching anime? I started a few months ago, like 8, and I've already watched sooo many anime episodes so yeah i have no life
