Nope, Saskuke was all friendly and nice when he was small, he changed after his brother died. From what we can observe i see that Tobirama didn't change after his brother died.

Yes you make a good point Omnipotent. They like to do a lot of comparing in this manga. like showing the three Sannin as kind of like the three members of team 7. They show how history changes but things kind of stay the same too. Just the names change.
