1) This technique would of course need for you to have a lighter already present in order to perform it. Pretty convenient technique as it does not need for the user to perform a any hand seals, and will spring forth the second the lighter hit the ground. With this jutsu the user can even set up so that they can create a combo jutsu with another technique. While blocking the enemy's site of the user the wall will also burn any object that it comes in contact with such as kunai or lower ranked jutsu. If I was using this I would use it to deal with a projectile, and with the wall still up escape underground as the user would not be able to see me submerge with the ground.

2) Lastly, we have a technique which requires the usage of hand seals which can really slow down how fast the technique can be performed. This jutsu is pretty ambiguous as the user can summon it in multiple forms which can end up being pretty useful in battle. The jutsu jutsu can also be used in combination with a jutsu to make it even more deadly. If I was using this I would use the stomping version in order to get the enemy off the ground while also attacking from the air with another jutsu.

( Katon: Kimuchi Amura ) - Fire Release: Wall of Flames

It's not necessary for the lighter to hit the ground before you can use it. Just throw it and then make use of it whoever you want.

( Katon: Hibashiri ) - Fire Release: Running Fire

It's just one hand seal, so it's not much of a problem. You can imagine yourself performing an hand seal, it won't even take a full second.

( Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

( Katon: Karyūdan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user exhales a flame breath from their mouth after making the tiger hand seal. This technique can be used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating.

1) First we have a jutsu that requires the usage of hand seals, and afterwards the user will spew out their fire chakra along a medium of sorts. Usually the objects required will need to be a long, lengthy one that user can properly use the technique. I see this as a jutsu which can help to spread and use jutsus at a longer range by using a medium lengthen its normal range. Anything the line of flames come in contact with will then be set on fire, and this jutsu also acts like any other projectile.

2) Here we have a jutsu the user will perform after swiftly performing a single hand seals. After the user has met the requirements they will then spew out small balls of flames at the enemy. It is also possible for the user to use this in conjunction with other projectiles or projectile based jutsu to make it stronger.

Will try to be as active as possible. Nothing to add here...

( Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

( Katon: Honoo no Saigai Hi Kagayaku no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame of Disaster Fire Shine Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user releases a flame of fire chakra that converges on the opponent wrapping around them and burning them.

1) To start off, here we have a jutsu where the user starts by performing a quite a few hand seals to then spew out an array of fireballs. The thing about these fire ball is that they are all invidually controlled by chakra which allows the user to send them at the enemy in any pattern or manner that they wish making this technique all the more difficult to avoid. A big draw back of this jutsu is that this technique is only able to reach short-range to be used, which makes this only mainly to be used as a distractions in front of the enemy while the user performs a surprise attack. It is also possible for the user to mix in chakra controlled shuriken into the technique which can be used to attack as the user wishes and also, add piercing strike to the jutsu.

2) Next, the user releases fire chakra around the enemy from any manner so I would assume its possible to do so from the ground or by spewing it out. A pretty simple fire technique which serves the purpose of entangling the enemy restricting their movement while at the same time burning through their flesh.

Alright you seem pretty eager to get this in and done. I like that. I'll try to make training as little of a drag as possible. Okay so just a little summary of my training. We're going to finish the B-Ranks, then I'll give you a little fight to which I'll see how well you understand what you've learned. Then we'll do A-Ranks and S-Ranks and I'll give you one final fight before I officially allow access to the S-Ranks outside of training and mastery over fire. Don't worry. I won't let it take forever because I'm sure you'll want to use them right away lol. Anyways lets get moving.

I don't need a summary of the techniques. I'm sure you can read fine and so can I. What I want instead is for you to tell me anything interesting there is about the technique. Some techniques may have nothing interesting to them. Tell me their limitations (if they have any). And how you may defend or use the technique. Basically I just want to open a free discussion. And most importantly ask questions if you have any. I'm not asking for some dissertation on techniques. But just to grasp an understanding of them :).

( Katon: Rakka Sanran Kasai ) - Fire Release: Falling Fire Scatter
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30

( Katon: Kitsunebi ) - Fire Release: Fire Whisp
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user creates a small ball of bright fire from their mouth that shoots at the opponent burning on impact.

( Katon: Konohagakure no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Hiding in Fire Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: Using this technique, a user can hide themselves inside a flame. Upon leaving concealment, flames burn, revealing the user. The user can only hide in fire he has created and up to B rank.

1) To start off, an interesting thing I guess is how it doesn't necessarily say how many fire balls are released from the users mouth. The limitation of this technique is how it can only be used while in mid-air. To defend against this attack there are a variety of things one could do such as escaping underground or counter with a water jutsu.

2) Next, we have a technique where the user will create a small ball of fire which can burn a target on impact and can reach up to long range so I guess that interesting lol. A limitation of this technique is how the user creates a small ball of fire that burns a target on impact so considering its small it would only be able to burn a specific part of their body. Multiple ways one could avoid or counter this technique which would be by escaping into the air or underground, or simply with another offensive jutsu.

3) Lastly, we have a jutsu that allows for the user to conceal themselves inside of an actual fire which I think is pretty cool or interesting. A limitation of this jutsu would be how the user can only use this technique on jutsu up to B-rank. Not an offensive technique so there isn't much to defend from.

Good. I assume you understand on the mechanics behind splitting a technique? If you don't please ask me any questions you have. The basis of it is is that for each additional fire ball you produce then individually they are weaker than C-Rank and collectively they are still C-Rank. So 1 fireball has C-Rank strength. 2 have D-Rank and so on.

Yeah I mean this is one of those straight forward ones with nothing terribly exciting going on lol. And yes. You're correct. This is most definitely not something that can destroy an entire body or kill. But hey sometimes you don't always want to go for a kill or you want to wound them in a very specific place. Something that an S-Ranked fire technique typically wouldn't be capable of doing.

And yeah pretty much. It could be used as a basis for some neat customs though with a little creativity!

Anyways, let's move forward. Onto the B-Ranks! Remember once we finish the B-Ranks we'll have our little spar. And please ask questions whenever you may have them.

( Katon: Karyū Endan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user first performs seven handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger and kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated and exhaled as a thin yet incredibly fast jet of flames that spread across the ground as it runs towards the enemy. Its temperature is such that it easily melts the ground as it travels and can reduce an enemy to ash.

One of the more iconic fire techniques perhaps.

( Bakuhatsu Enhogan ) – Exploding Flame Shots

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user shoots multiple fire shots from their hands that are able to cause fiery explosions on impact with any object. The shots can't set the opponent on fire, though they can cause damage by exploding on him.

( Katon: Hiendan ) – Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense, Deffence
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user exhales a stronger yet shorter version of the Fire Release: Great Fireball technique.

Yeah I probably should have mentioned that lol.

1) To start off, we have a techniuqe that is capable of creating a rather fast moving flame which can melt the ground as it travels and possibly reduce an enemy to ash. The way the ground is melting here makes me think that this could be a good technique to heat up the ground making it unsafe to stand on due to the temperature. Also, this technque is said to be able to burn a person to a crisp pretty almost instantly. From just reading it, it seems that it has a limitation of mainly being used on the ground. You can use the Water Wave technique (Can't think of the actual name) and escape into the air, while at the same time travel towards the targe dousing the flames.

2) Next, we have a technique that seems interesting because the user can fire the technique from their hands, and also how these fire ball have a unique property of having explosive properties. I guess a limitation of this would be how it cannot set a person on fire, but then it does have explosive properties so yeah. It says that they explode on contact with an object so it is best to use ranged or projectile attacks.

3) Lastly, we have a jutsu where they exhale a stronger version of a previous jutsu not that interesting. A limitation of this technique would be how at the cost of strength the jutsu it shorter so it can only reach to Short-range. To defend against this technique there a variety of things you could such as countering with an appropriate jutsu, going under ground, escaping in to the air, get out of range,

Very good. Yes always pay attention to the ranges. So many fights have been lost because of a slight oversight on the range of a technique. All good. Let's move forward.

( Katon: Gōenkyū ) - Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball

Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user after performing two hand seals Horse → Tiger exhales a big-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact. The fire ball has a given solidity property to it, being able to punch through solid obstacles without exploding.

( Katon: Gōenka ) - Fire Release: Great Flame Flower
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors, then erupt into a geyser of flame.

( Katon: Haisekishō ) - Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user spews superheated ash from their mouth after performing four handseals. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.

There's a lot that can be said about these three techniques.

1) First, we have technique that has an interesting property to it that differs from most fire technique. The user gives this fire jutsu a sort of solid form which I find pretty intriguing. Due to them giving their fire jutsu that sort of property they are able to use the technique to actually push enemies away while at the same time causing an explosion on impact. Up to appropriate rank this jutsu can be used to mow right through objects without causing for the jutsu to explode. A limitation of this technique would be how the jutsu does not do immediate damage due to its solid form. To defend against said jutsu using defense barriers would be pretty ineffective so it would be best counter it offensively or avoid.

2) Here we have a jutsu that is pretty interesting because have coming in contact with a surface they will expan into a geyser flames of scorching everything on the ground as well as some in the air. A limitation of this technque would be how you have to be in the air in the first place, and then the jutsu only activates after it hits the ground. Would be best to escape underground or counter the jutsu before they hit the ground.

3) Lastly, we have a jutsu that involves another form of Fire style which deals with ash manipulaton which I find pretty interesting. The ashes itself do not do anything, but relies on the user to actvate them. Also, I would assume that the ash pretty much clogs up the enemies. I would say if the user actually manages to pull of this technique the enemy would be placed in a difficult situation because the explosion with them right in the center. Some limitation of this technique would be how it requires the user set off a reaction to actually be useful. Something like this would be best countered with a gust of wind.

Exactly. The solid form of fire is something that a lot of the canon fire techniques don't share making this one fairly special. When you start making custom techniques there's probably quite a few things that you could do with this one. And it isn't just to push people away. Obviously if this directly hit someone they'd die without any form of defenses. But this actually allows fire to punch through obstacles. Most high ranking fire techniques would burn them away but this adds that destructive force. So if you blast this at an earthen wall it'll blow the debris back on your opponent if they erected the wall in front of them, for example. That allows you to add some flair to your offense and make for interesting.

As for the next technique I find this one interesting because it allows you to jump which can allow you to in essence 'freeform' escape certain techniques. Now of course it isn't actually freeform. Using this technique does require you to jump. Also the technique is still dangerous in mid air. It doesn't just become dangerous when it strikes the ground. They're still giant balls of fire.

On to the next techniques!

( Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent after performing one handseal. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform Kirin.

( Katon: Hōsenka Tsumabeni ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a volley of shuriken with one hand, while at the same time exhaling fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim or any other object caught within their trajectories. Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that surround them, the shuriken will continue to burn after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with.

( Katon: Onidōrō ) - Fire Release: Demon Lantern
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra releasing it into the atmosphere around him to create several ghost-like flames resembling heads with horns and yellow eyes that then attack the target/s in a swarm.

1) To start off, with a technique famed by Sasuke Uchiha to perform the powerful technique known as kirin. I find this jutsu interesting because of how it is able to affect the weather in the skies causng something such thunder clouds to come forth. I don't think this jutsu has any real limitations to it. To defend again said jutsu I think it would be to counter or avoid this jutsu by moving out of the way.

2) Next, we have a jutsu which I think is interesting because of how the shuriken will continue to burn even after impact has been made. A limitation of this jutsu would be how the jutsu requires for the user to pull out a barrage of shuriken from their hand. To defend against this jutsu would be to counter the jutsu altogether since the shuriken continue to burn even after contact has been made.

3) Lastly, we have a jutsu that I find interesting because of the design of the fireballs being given and, how the user is able to form them from the atmosphere itself. I don't think jutsu has any real limitations to it. To defend against said jutsu it would be best to counter all the swarms at the same point considerng that they could possibly follow the target.

Sorry for the late reply.

Good. I don't know where you're in your lightning training but Kirin can also be initiated with other high ranking fire techniques as well. Moving right along.

( Katon: Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame Pillar Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra into their chest and then they will release from their mouth a quick burst of flame towards their opponents feet which then errupts into a large pillar of flame reaching 3 meters tall and inflicting damage to the target.

( Katon: Kaen Senpū ) - Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the required four handseals Monkey → Bird → Dog → Ram, fire erupts around the user's body and then launches towards the target in a spiraling-manner or expands engulfing the surrounding area in a tornado of flames. Anything nearby is incinerated as the flames erupt upwards.

( Katon: Benijigumo ) - Fire Release: Crimson Earth Spider
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing five handseals Tiger → Horse → Rat → Dog → Tiger , the user spews out fire that both surrounds the enemy and then transforms into a spider that attacks the enemy. This technique effectively traps and attacks an opponent at the same time, and can be used to force them into another attack.

1) This technique is pretty interesting because I guess how the flames erupt into a pillar underneath the target. A limitation of this jutsu would be in order for it to be offensively useful one who had to position their flames to attack directly underneath the enemy's feet in order to burn them with the pillar. To defend against said jutsu it would be best to move around so the enemy cannot get a clear shot.

2) This jutsu is interesting because it provides a sort of barrier of flames around the user which could be used to defend against jutsu. Also, there are multiple ways one can use this jutsu which makes it pretty useful in the right situation. A limitation of this jutsu would be how the flames have to surround the user first and then have to be controlled to attack a target. This jutsu seems to cover a wide ground range if wanted so it would be useful escape to go into the air.

3) This jutsu is interesting because of the unique fire manipulation involved what I mean by that is how the user crafts their fire into a spider shape. A limitation of this jutus would be how it requires for the user to actually get the fire around a target in order to useful in battle. To defend against said jutsu you could attack the flames before they completely surround you and trap you.

In regards to the second technique you were on the right track on the defense but forgot to leave out how it also acts as an offense. So when you're fighting if you can in one move defend, interrupt, and attack then you will have immediately turned the tide of the battle into your favor. That is the advantage of techniques such as this.

In regards to the first technique yes it is interesting as it sort of influences how the opponent positions themselves. There is an audible tell to this technique as well to hint that it is going to happen to you. Because the moment it erupts and you are already standing on it, should you have not done anything to prevent it, you'll pretty much be guaranteed to take the damage.

These are the final B-Rank techniques.

1) First we have a jutsu I find interesting because of how it can be performed without hand seals so it can be used quite conveniently. A limitation of a jutsu like this would how it requires for the user to constantly stream it or fuel it so other jutsu cannot be used while it is active. To avoid a jutsu like this it would just be best to counter it considering that it is streamed it wouldn't be best to avoid it.

2) Next, we have a jutsu which I find interesting because of how it can performed without hand seals and also creates an effective border against enemy jutsu. A limitation of this jutsu would be how it is only able to reach up to short-range of targets, but also would make a good way to force enemies to move away. To defend against said jutsu it would be best to just blow yourself out of range of the fire. This technique is also cool because it can be used as both a defense and offense.

3) Now we have a jutsu that is interesting because of how it combines fire ninjutsu with kenjutsu strikes. A limitation of a jutsu would be how it requires for the user to actually be in short-range of their target to make contact with their target. No a limitation of a jutsu such as this would be considering how the sword strikes are simply attacks so they can be defended against with fairly simply defenses though if the user ends up launching the fire ball the enemy should just it with a stronger jutsu.

4) Lastly, we have a jutsu I find interesting because of how it lifts the enemy into the air, and then follows up by engulfing them in flames. A limitation of a jutsu like this would be how it requires for the user to be in short-range of their target making it only useful in certain situations. To defend against said jutsu it would be best to stop and counter the jutsu before it engulfed you in flames. Also, I find this jutsu cool because of how Sasori can alternatively use it through flame throwers.

Nah I'm good.
Alright. So the first half will be a few moves where I will throw a series of jutsu at you and then you'll defend and counterattack from it. Then we reset and discuss the move. The second half will be an active fight between the two of us.

The rules for the first half are this:
-You're not allowed to use any element other than fire. Of course within fire you can only use up to the B-Ranks. You can use freeform tools and taijutsu as much as you please to counterattack.
-We start in an open field at mid-range. No water source. I can use whatever techniques I want.

So remember. After every move we reset the field and discuss what you did and why. We start easy and then increase in difficulty.

Converting and releasing copious quantities of Wind chakra while he locks his hands in the Ram seal Alexander leans back exhaling a huge blast of wind from his mouth. As the blast rushes forth toward his student it ravages the terrain leveling the grassy field in its path and pulling grass and it dirt into its maelstrom. A simple attack yet it was devastation incarnate.
Rank: A

If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.
