[Katon] [Fire] With Ushiro

konohamaru waits within one of konoha's grounds. The weather is calm. Konohamaru looks around not seeing his sensei, so he sits down legs crossed taking in the fresh air. He stays seated waiting for his new sensei

The training ground is a large clearing in the middle of a forest. Several wooden training dummies are scattered about.

Hey there newest protege. Before we begin your Katon training let's find out what you know. Tell me all you know about fire release. Include its uses, forms, elemental strengths and weaknesses, related Kekkei Genkai, and possible results when mixed with other elements such as Earth.

Fire Release (火遁, Katon; English TV "Fire Style"): is one of the basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by moulding superheated chakra inside the stomach before releasing it via the lungs and mouth. There are also variants to this in the form of some mediums such as the use of gun powder, ash, explosive tags and chakra flow into a weapon.
Commonly affiliated with the Tiger hand seal, Fire Release consists of mid to long-ranged offensive techniques that cause combustive and explosive damage.
Elemental strengths: Fire is strong against wind because the air feeds the flames
Elemental Weakness: weak against water because it cools and smothers them.
Related Kekkei Genkai : Boil Release, Lava Release and Scorch Release.
Results if mixed:
Lighting: Fire Release can be used inconjunction with Lightning Release to augment the latter by using the former to alter weather conditions with a sufficiently powerful technique.
Wind: Fire Release can be used with Wind Release to increase the strength of a fire technique and even overcome the superior element of water.

An decent explanation but off on the mixture part. The Lightning and Fire elements don't have any particular effects and are hard to really combine. There are other mixtures you missed like Water and Earth. When Earth it heated enough you can create molten rock similar to Lava and when the same is done to Water, it evaporates and creates steam.

The first jutsu is a simple fireball. Since you've never molded katon chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of fire (a description of fire's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Then focus katon chakra into your lungs and exhale it in the form of a small fireball at a dummy nearby.

Konahamaru closes his eyes, focusing his chakra into his lungs thinking of fire and its nature. As soon he has a perfect image in his mind konahamaru tries to get his chakra to mimic the fire nature. Once he has mimiced a decent amount of chakara he breaths some air through his nose. He then blows out the chakra. Fire coming out into a fire ball but a tiny one.
Oh man :dead:
Konahamaru tries this once again using more chakra. After multiple tries the fireball reaches a small decent size.

Try that again. I wanted an actual description of fire. Later on you won't need it but for now its important. Also, be sure to show what happens to your target.
